We finally had Shaylie’s 5th Birthday Party and it was great! She really wanted a mermaid birthday so her super nice Aunt Kristen made these fabulous Mermaid towels and sent them all the way from Texas. THANK YOU Aunt Kristen, you are the best! The girls were so cute posing in their towels, then it was off to play in the splash park.
Shaylie can’t wait to go to Kindergarten now that she is 5. She says that she is in “Kindergarten training” right now while she is learning to sleep in her own bed and tie her shoes. We have told her that if she can’t sleep in her bed all night that she isn’t big enough for school, so she is working hard to stay in her bed and out of Mom and Dads bed.
She is always singing and dancing and is such a happy fun and fun little girl. We love you Shaylie, you are so special to us.

Thanks again Jenne! Abby LOVES her mermaid towell. She brings it everywhere. And now she wants a mermaid birthday party....poor girl has a January bday. So fun!
