Spring Break 2009

 

For Spring Break this week went to visit family.  It was really fun!  Thursday we went to Spokane to visit my family. We went out to dinner at Tomato Street with Grandma, Papa and Uncle Chris.  It was so yummy and we all ate way too much!!  Friday Jeremy and I took the kids skiing and boarding for their first time ever.  Shaylie stayed home with Grandma and we went up to 49 degrees North.  Brielle and I ski' d and Chase, Ayden and Jeremy snow boarded.  It was a great day on the mountain, the blue sky even broke through a few times.  The kids absolutely loved it and they had such great attitudes about learning even when they were falling down.  It was really fun family day!  The kids crashed hard on the way home.  We were all pretty much useless the rest of the night.  Saturday my Dad took Jeremy, the boys, & Shaylie to CoeurDAlene to see the new boat.  Very impressive!  They are so excited about it.  My Mom, Brielle and I went and got pedicures and did a little shopping.  Then we were in the car and headed to Wenatchee to visit Jeremy's family.  We spent Saturday and Sunday in Wenatchee.  After conference we went over to the school park and let the kids play.  It was really fun and way to short.  We headed home Sunday night late, squeezing as much time as possible in to our long weekend.  All in all a very fun spring break trip especially since we are finally all healthy!
