Happy Heart Attack

So here where we live people do this thing called Heart-Attacking. I have personally never heard of it before. But the Primary Heart-Attacked the Bishop this week and they loved it.  So Jeremy and I decided to do it for our kids.
What it is - They decorate their door or room with Hearts and Valentines.

So on our way home from our date night last night we stopped and picked up heart post-it notes and then when the kids went to sleep we covered their doors and the walls with them. It was a really fun last minute thought. Since I am clearly not a professional heart-attacker these pictures will not be impressive, but my kids really loved it.

I am sure next year with a little thought we will be a bit more creative.

Brielle asked if she could recycle the paper hearts when we take them down, Ayden thought that we were having a scavenger hunt and thought the hearts were clues, I hope he wasn't to disappointed. Chase thought it was super cool and so did Shaylie.  It was fun to do something small to show them we are thinking of them.
Don't act like your not impressed!  LOL!

Jeremy had to work today and so the kids and I decided to go Heart-Attack his car and fill it with balloons and decorate the outside of it with hearts. We also made Valentines that had our favorite things about our Dad on it. About 1 minute before we were getting ready to leave......out comes Jeremy laughing. I can't believe he caught us. What a nerd.
He had come out to grab a drink out of his car. Nice hn?
It was fun to do something fun for our Daddy!!  We love you so much Daddy!

Great idea! Anything like that just makes kids feel so loved. You're a good mom. :)These are great!

I thought it was a Mormon thing to do HEART ATTACKS? I'm surprised you haven't heard of it.

That's a great idea. I think I might steal that for birthdays too. :)
