Fun Visit

 Grandma and Grandpa Smart came to visit this weekend.  We had fun watching movies and playing with them.  Grandpa said he was Doctor Leonardo and Ayden was his Assistant Doctor Nathphon according to Shaylie. The Doctor was from Helsinki and had a very thick accent.  It made it hard not to laugh while listening to her check-up. Shaylie is sort of a hypochondriac and she loves to come up with Ailments.

Today while being checked out by Doctor Leonardo she was diagnosed with "Tolio" ( all 10 toes) and "kneasles" (2 knees).  She needed to see the Doctor as many times as possible to make sure that she was getting better. She asked the Doctor and his assistant if they could open the office for her since they had to close it after about an hour checkup.  Here are some pictures of Shaylie being seen by her new favorite Doctor - Grandpa.

 

Brielle and Grandma made Valentine PJ's together.  Grandma said that Brielle made hers almost all by herself.  Then our crafty Grandma cut out one of the Monkeys on the material and sewed it on to a matching T-shirt so she would have a set.  She also made Shaylie some. Look how cute girls are in their matching jammies.

   My Mom had found some cute plaid curtains that we bought to use for my Kitchen.  I think they are pretty cute.  It was nice to buy them and just hang them.  Usually I beg my Mom to make me some and then she has a huge task in front of her.  Like my Dining Room Curtains that she is currently working on.Thanks Mom, great find!

Chase also had his first Basketball Game.  He played really well and scored 14 points for his team.  He is great little player and loves playing most sports. Great job Chase!  The only draw back from the games is the seating .  There isn't any.  People are standing around the court wishing there was some place to sit.  My kids decided to sit on Grandpas foot and on each other.

It was a very fun weekend.  We loved having them here and even though they don't live far we wish we could see them more.
