Here is what we did for Christmas.
Christmas Eve Jeremys Mom and brother braved the weather and came for Christmas! We were so excited that they came, it was really nice having them here. When they got here all of the kids went sledding with Jeremy and Uncle Jesse. Ramona and I got working on holiday treats and dinner. We had some friends come over for dinner and I think we all ate way to much. At least I did!
Then we did the Nativity with our kids where they dressed up and we read the story while they acted it out. They were so cute. Shaylie would not particpate since she was so tired she could hardly function but she has been dressing up like Mary for a couple of weeks now. Then one of our family traditions is to open 1 present one Christmas Eve which just always happen to be Christmas PJ's.
Then the kids write a letter to Santa with all kinds of fun questions and tell him about their year. Santa always leaves them a letter in their stockings the next day.
Fun, Fun,Fun... then off to bed with the kiddos.
Christmas morning was so fun, watching the kids open their gifts was awesome! I loved how happy they were with everything. They were so excited about every gift.
The rest of the day we played with toys, games, and Jeremy spent the majority of his day setting up race tracks and toys.
We made a nice dinner and then Ramona and Jesse had to leave to go home. It was sad to see them go so soon, but we were sure glad they came!
The next day we headed for Spokane to see my family. On our way there about 5 miles out of Spokane there had been a huge car accident. We waited (bumper to bumper) for over an hour to get 5 miles. It was horrible. We really hope that everyone made it out of that accident okay.
Snow, Snow, and more Snow is what we found in Spokane.
I can't remember how long it has been since I have seen so much snow. It was crazy. Jeremy shoveled for hours.
Jeremy and my brother Matt shovled off my parents roof and Matt shoveled snow on to my boys which they thought was great!
The kids stayed outside sledding pretty much all weekend.
We had a really fun Christmas.

Love the pictures! Your kids are getting so big too. Looks like you had a great Christmas.
The snow is NUTS over here. I think the current count is 59 inches for the month of December. Crazy! We aren't done either. I don't mind it as long as the streets are plowed.
Hope your New Year is great. :)
