Our Home

On our way to Oregon we were able to drive through Kennewick and see how our house is coming along. They have now done all of the sheet rock and texture and they are starting to pour concrete outside. We would like to be in by mid August, but we'll just have to see.

Here are some of my pics for the inside
Our Kitchen Cabinets will be Maple with a Honey Stain. This is what the color of the cabinet should be close to????

Our Kitchen Counter tops are Emerald Pearl Granite

We chose beautiful hand scraped wood floors for the entry, dining and kitchen, this is not an actual picture just how I hope it will look in my house.

We have added iron balusters to our staircase, we will insert them every third rail. Here is what they look like.

Here is the master bathroom counter it's called Travertine and the backsplash is tumbled stone with fun mosiac design.

The Kids bathroom and the Laundry room will have this counter top. It is called Crystall Sand.

We chose Sienna Sand as our interior color with white molding. We will paint rooms different colors once we move in.

As for the exterior we chose a Greenish-Gray custom color.
Our trim will be off white with this Rock called Bucks County LedgeStone.
Bucks County Ledgestone

I hope this will give you all an idea of what It might look like. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out. Hopefully beautiful, just like I see it in my head.

Okay! We have the same rock on our house!!!! HILARIOUS!!!

I wish the paint chip samples showed up better, but lucky for me, I got to see the outside color one in OR!! Everything looks great. I love your granite. and the other counters you chose look fab. With the iron balusters, are they mixed with wooden ones? I'm confused I guess!!

What was the update on what got done this week? HOw was the Tricities for Jeremy?

okay so, I can't believe that you chose the same rock. That is crazy! I saw it on a house a few blocks away from ours,I fell in love with it and then I knocked on the door and asked her what it was. Is your stone country ledge stone or southern ledge stone? As for the balusters we are mixing them in with wooden ones. I am hoping it will look as cool as I think it will. They pured our porch, textured and started painting the interior this week, we have our walk through scheduled for August 22nd.
